    CDI, an AHEAD company, is hiring a highly technical ServiceNow Architect to help our customers implement IT Asset Management

    Job Function & Responsibilities

    • Engage with clients to understand their IT asset management needs and challenges, translating these into effective ServiceNow HAM and SAM solutions.
    • Play a lead role in workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
    • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow asset management modules, ensuring alignment with the client's business objectives.
    • Mentor and assist hands-on with development activities include creation, configuration and customizations of application fields, form design, business rules, workflows, client scripts, user roles and groups, access controls, and more on HAM and SAM application suites
    • Guide clients in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems, providing a cohesive asset management strategy.
    • Craft and refine asset management workflows, policies, and procedures to optimize asset life cycles and costs.
    • Oversee developers' work, and own overall quality and delivery of development
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and asset management trends to recommend improvements and innovations to clients.
    • Facilitate the transfer of knowledge through customized training sessions and detailed documentation tailored to the client's environment.
    • Participate in release planning and implementations.
    • Perform code reviews and review all prepared all technology related client facing and internal deliverables.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
    • Oversee in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support of the CDI MSP ServiceNow platform and solution offerings.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Desired Qualifications & Experience

    • 6+ years of ServiceNow experience in development, configuration or maintenance.
    • 6+ years of scripting experience with JavaScript
    • 4+ years' experience serving as an Architect role for ServiceNow implementations of ITAM (HAM and SAM)
    • Strong technical understanding of the CMDB and ServiceNow platform in general and Integration tools
    • Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
    • Highly organized, first-class communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work in high-profile, deadline-driven customer environment.
    • Ability to travel - up to 15%.
    • Domain separation experience a plus.
    • Experience facilitating ServiceNow upgrade cycle(s).

    Compensation

    • $150, ,000.00 USD Annual
