- Minimum 5-10 years experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.

- Knowledge of environmental regulations, TS 16949/ISO 14001, Welding processes, GD&T.
- Handle various personalities and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Maintain documents in compliance with standards.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with management, customers, and suppliers.
- College Diploma or University Degree in Engineering.
