Description
Machinist (m/f/d) produce precision metal components for various technical products in Vanceburg. This can include parts such as wheel hubs, gears, and engine and turbine components. They set up turning, milling, and grinding machines and modify CNC machine programs accordingly. They then clamp metal parts and tools into the machines, align them, and start the production process. They regularly check the dimensions and surface quality of the manufactured parts to ensure they meet the specifications.

If any malfunctions occur, they use appropriate testing methods and tools to determine the cause and promptly address the issue.

They also perform maintenance and inspection tasks on the machines, with a focus on mechanical components.
