    IntApp Application Analyst/Product Owner

    Direct Hire

    Compensation: Great Salary Base, Bonus and most competitive Benefits

    Client Industry: Legal Services

    Worksite location - New York, NY or Chicago, IL or San Francisco, CA or Los Angeles, CA or Miami, FL

    Work Hours: 8-5, M-F

    Hybrid 2-3 days/week onsite

    Job Overview:

    An IntApp Application Developer is responsible for configuring, administering, integrating and enhancing IntApp platform. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust and user-friendly changes to the applications.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with users to understand their requirements and translate them into product features

    Define the overall vision for the required customizations of IntApp desktop and mobile app functionalities and create a product roadmap based on this vision

    Prioritize items based on changing requirements, and ensure alignment with business processes

    Oversee all stages of product creation, including design, development, and rigorous testing

    Developing API integrations with ERP and other business applications

    Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints, liaise with the product team, and deliver updates to end-users

    Coordinate security measures for a robust user experience

    Drive UX design efforts to enhance user interaction and satisfaction

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Proficiency in IntApp configurations, administration and custom development

    At least 2 years of experience supporting, administering and customizing IntApp or strong experience with other Risk and Compliance solutions for Legal or Financial Services organizations

    Strong understanding of Compliance, Conflicts Management, Ethical Walls and New Business Intake

    Strong SQL, PowerShell, API integrations skills

    Highly desirable overall 5+ years of IT experience

    Highly desirable experience with AI technologies

    Proficiency in software development, including coding, testing, and deployment

    Strong organizational skills to manage backlog items effectively

    Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users

    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
