    Description

    Job Description

    Lead the delivery of business improvement projects to enable improvements in customer and business value. Collaborate with team members who work across enterprise-wide organizational structures.

    Provide frequent communication about projects to stakeholders, departments, and management to ensure project deadlines are met, issues are identified and mitigated, and leaders are informed of any risks.


    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree


    Experience:

    One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.


    Qualifications

    *Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or complete within 6 months of hire date.

    *One or more years of process improvement experience. Healthcare operations experience preferred.

    *Exceptional oral and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

    *Experience interacting with Project leadership to define project goals, objectives, and purpose, and then executing defined requirements

    *Direct experience with developing process models in MS Visio preferred

    *Experience working as a part of a team to achieve client-driven objectives and requirements

    *Ability to work independently or in a team, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

    *Demonstrated desire to learn new skills and drive changes in a positive spirit of cooperation and collaboration
