    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver quality nursing and medical care in an inpatient psychiatric setting.


    Responsibilities:
    Conducts initial physical health assessments.
    Initiates, updates and revises treatment goals and plans utilizing team input.
    Administers and monitors medication regimen.
    Acts as liaison with community agencies and families to coordinate treatment and services.
    Educates consumers regarding medication compliance and potential side effects.
    Evaluates and follows up on any medical concerns.
    Attends and participates in daily treatment planning meetings.
    Provides direct clinical services to consumers in individual and group settings.
    Maintains productivity level and writes/maintains required records in time frame defined by management.


    Experience:

    Minimum:
    Licensed Registered Nurse with Associate's Degree in Nursing


    Preferred:

    Licensed Registered Nurse with Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience in an in-patient or out-patient mental health or substance abuse setting.
