Responsibilities:

Support the eCommerce team in daily business, such as configuring and maintaining our online shop, creating newsletters, managing social media and Amazon
Assist in planning and implementing new functionalities in the online shop with the goal of creating a particularly positive and userfriendly customer experience
Support in monitoring and optimizing the customer journey in the online shop
Collaborate on content maintenance and projects
Assist in troubleshooting on Amazon and other platforms

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design or a similar background
Ideally, some previous experience through internships
High affinity for the internet and a good understanding of IT systems is advantageous
Strong communication skills, reliability, teamwork and willingness to familiarize oneself with new topics or processes
Good knowledge of MS Office
Graphic skills (Adobe Creative Cloud) for supporting newsletter design, online shop graphics, social media graphics, etc. are advantageous
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
