We are looking for support for our top-notch Real Estate M&A team in the area of Knowledge Management at our locations in Berlin, Frankfurt or Hamburg.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a wellestablished Knowledge Management team with currently two research assistants in Hamburg
  • Developing best practice knowledge in the field of Real Estate M&A in Germany
  • Analyzing relevant legislative processes and case law and creating newsletters
  • Conceptualizing and preparing conferences and training events
  • Identifying current legal topics and trends for business development initiatives and preparing client briefings
  • Developing Legal Tech applications together with the Freshfields Lab in Berlin
  • Collaborating with associates and partners from client work and knowledge departments on a national and global level
  • Utilizing and developing our knowhow databases
  • Maintaining our inhouse database and updating template documents

Your profile:

  • You have completed your legal studies with aboveaverage success and have gained experience as a lawyer in a large law firm
  • You have excellent English skills
  • You enjoy leading a young team
  • You have a passion for Legal Tech
