    Description
    Our client, a leading

    energy

    company, is seeking an

    IT Business Analyst

    to join their team. This person, under the direction of the PMO office, will influence the development and implementation of

    digital solutions .

    This role involves collaboration with diverse business stakeholders, driving the project from ideation to delivery with a clear focus on data-driven decision-making, minimal value product (MVP) development, and continuous improvement.


    This role is a 6-month W2 contract to start and includes benefits. It is eligible for extension or conversion to FTE based on need, performance, and attendance. It is not eligible for C2C, H1B transfer, or 1099 employment.


    Responsibilities:
    Define and manage requirements management strategies including documentation, elicitation, and communication processes.
    Elicit and document both business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and project scope.
    Organize and prioritize the project backlog, and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure continuous alignment and progression.
    Write and facilitate user acceptance tests (UAT), and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance tracking.

    Desired Experience

    Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to lead meetings and elicit requirements from key stakeholders.

    Proficiency with Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Team Foundation Server (TFS), and familiarity with Agile certifications.

    Experience with Digital Service Platforms (DSP), Online Account Management (OAM), and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive business outcomes.
