    Salary Range:
    $90,000 – $130,000 per year


    Job Description:


    Our recruiting firm, FPC of Flag City, is currently conducting a search on behalf of one of our confidential clients for the position of Supplier Development Engineer.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive performance improvements

    Conduct regular supplier audits to assess quality standards and compliance

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supplier quality requirements

    Lead supplier development projects to optimize processes and reduce costs

    Provide technical expertise and support to resolve supplier-related issues

    Up to 50% Travel


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

    Minimum of 4 years of experience in supplier development or quality engineering

    Strong knowledge of quality management systems and supplier management practices

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    Effective communication and negotiation abilities
