What you will grow in:

Responsible for component development and validation of the seat components to be managed, such as covers, structure, headrests, and comfort systems
Management of component development in CATIA V5 with regard to technical requirements
Concept design of components with regard to packaging and compliance with regulations
Functional, cost, weight, timing, and quality responsibility for components
Process responsibility from concept to series production
Creation of development and validation schedules for the component
Coordination of system supplier management, as well as internal and external interface management
Accompaniment of component validation testing
