    Description
    Systems Engineer

    Salary: Up to $59/hr.

    Location: Grand Prairie, TX ( hybrid less than 50%)

    Industry: Government/Defense

    Employment Type: Long-term contract with potential for permanent employment

    Clearance: Active Secret

    Qualifications :
    • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or other STEM degree
    • 3+ years working experience in DOORS
    • 3+ years Hands-on experience with Cameo
    • Broad technical acumen to apply to complex system thinking
    • Familiarity with system design concepts and tradeoffs
    • Desire to learn detailed missile/ground system/fire control theory and operation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
    • Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment
    • Active Secret Clearance
    Responsibilities:
    • Support the system design and requirements (SDR) through the development, integration and verification activities for integration programs that take the PAC-3 MSE Missile Segment and extend its functionality to other combat systems
    • Work with interdisciplinary subject matter experts to analyze and document system requirements in DOORS
    • Assist with system architecture analysis using tools like Cameo to assess and capture system use cases, interfaces, timing, and designs
    • Capture verification artifacts to support Functional Configuration Audit (FCA)
