Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
