    The Commercial Construction Project Manager - Columbia will be responsible for:
    # Project Planning:
    Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines


    Resource Management:
    Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
    # Risk Management:
    Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
    # Monitor project financials, track expenses, and manage budgetary constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
    # Quality Assurance:
    Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring that workmanship and materials meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
    # Schedule Management:
    Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating activities to meet deadlines and milestones


    Communication:

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

    # Contract Administration:
    Review and manage project contracts, change orders, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
    # Supervise and lead project teams, including subcontractors and in-house personnel, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
    # Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and project documentation, to facilitate project closeout and future reference.

    The successful Commercial Construction Project Manager - Columbia should have the following qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required

    Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a minimum of 3 years of successful project management.

    Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools
