    Job Title: Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

    Location: North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Virginia (VA) - Onsite Position

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead projects across the region.

    Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial drywall, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels, and aluminum composite panels. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. This is an onsite position, requiring frequent travel to project sites in NC, SC, and VA. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering superior results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
    • Lead project meetings, communicate project status updates, and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement proactive measures to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on specialty subcontracting.
    • Proven track record of success managing projects involving commercial drywall, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels, and aluminum composite panels.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to travel frequently and work onsite at project locations in NC, SC, and VA.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
