Our growing manufacturing client in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team

Your qualifications for the Maintenance Technician position are as follows:

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years' experience with production/packing machinery
Strong mechanical ability
Welding skills are a plus
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and good work ethic
Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Must be reliable with excellent attendance
Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

$20-$22/hour depending on skills and experience

Prepare and set up machines for production
Troubleshoot equipment
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance
Perform emergency repairs
