    JOB SUMMARY:

As the Market Manager, you are a key piece in the success of the teams day-to-day operations, focusing on fulfillment, communication, and culture, while also driving sales initiatives by seeing sales as a service that motivates all aspects of business.

    DUTIES & EXPECTATIONS:

    Attain annual forecasted Sales volume for branch office.

    Manage P&L to meet benchmarks.

    Create, develop, and market your own target accounts within the Branch Service Area {10 15 personal portfolio target accounts} with a total value of $2 4M.

    Execute $500k+ in top line revenue for new accounts sold annually.

    Increase Active Client list as defined by executive leadership.

    Develop solid client relationships with all accounts that are valued at $250,000.00 and greater.

    Have a working knowledge of VMS Platforms.

    Know how to define and market Direct Hire Positions.

    Train, develop, coach/counsel, document performance warnings, and manage all Staff Activities.

    Administer annual performance evaluations alongside executive leadership team.

    Hold Weekly Team Meetings with the Branch Staff.

    Maintain proper candidate flow/traffic.

    Set daily/weekly Candidate Interviews per Recruiter.

    Monitor Fill Rates, Turnover Ratios, Proper Interview Techniques, and Avionte documentation per Recruiter.

    Work with clients on appropriate recruiting solutions.

    Ensure First Day and End of Week Calls are made to Associate Workers.

    Insure Monday and Thursday Calls to current clients.

    Attend Quarterly Business Reviews Visits with accounts whose value is $500,000.00 or greater.

    Ensure proper Avionte documentation.

    Oversee Time/Attendance capture and Payroll Functions for internal Staff and Associates Workers.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • School Diploma or GED
    • Degree in Marketing a plus
    • a minimum of 3 years of staffing, business development, or HR experience
    • & Organized

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Advanced interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with clients and teammates during periods of high operating tempo and tight deadlines

    Strong consulting/advisory and customer relationship management skills

    Strong orientation and focus on quality; detail-oriented and precise

    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

    Ability to think strategically, and actively participate in discussions with clients, management, and staff.

    Ability to operate with autonomy and within company guidelines

    Presentation skills to clients and internal staff

    Excellent time management

    Basic computer skills; MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

    E-Verify, Clean drug test, seven-year clean background, valid driver license and clear MVR
