    Description


    One of our clients, located in Delaware County, PA is looking for a Customer Care Representative to add to their growing team.

    This is a temporary to permanent position.


    Responsibilities:
    Ensure that the customers experience is positive, resolves any issues if needed.
    Communicate with various personnel including internal team members and customers.
    Assist in coordinating customer shipments.
    Ensure their call centers have all of the necessary information.
    Research and resolve discrepancies as needed.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor degree preferred.
    Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Eagerness to learn and positive attitude required.
