    Make an Impact

    The VP Community Physician Network (CPN) Physician Executive partners with the VP Women's Product Line operations executive in a leadership capacity. As a member of the senior physician leadership team, the Physician Executive offers physician leadership to the Women's product line operational teams through proactive and data-driven engagement activities to enhance the quality, patient experience, and safety outcomes, while also ensuring the cost-effectiveness of healthcare services. This role involves a full-time commitment with an equal distribution between clinical and administrative responsibilities.

    Exceptional Qualifications and Skills

    Applicants for this role should possess the following:

    • D or D.O. degree
    • ObGyn board certification
    • Preferably, an undergraduate or graduate degree, or advanced certification in business, health care administration, or leadership
    • License to practice medicine issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience, with a preference for 5+ years, in a medical director or other medical administrative position
    • At least 7 years of experience as a practicing physician
    • Strong communication skills; ability to foster open communication channels, collaboration, and influence. Recognized for listening to diverse opinions.
    • Capability to drive change by supporting physicians and administration in managing necessary adaptive changes to address market dynamics.
    • Proficiency in building alignment and serving as a liaison between administration and physicians (both employed and independent).
    • Ability to ensure that the voice of physicians is heard and considered in decision-making processes.
    • Capacity to engage all physicians and effectively communicate the rationale behind decisions.
    • Aptitude for initiating, supporting, and overseeing essential changes even in the face of opposition, and encouraging others to embrace change.
    • Expertise in bridging clinical, strategic, and business requirements effectively.
    • Collaborative partnership with Knowledge Management to gather and analyze data for clinical transformation.

    Women's Product Line Overview

    The Women's product line is a key focus area at Community Health Network (CHNw). Known as a leader in an 11-county market and expanding into new markets, this product line is supported by various specialized offices catering to women's health needs across different stages of life. The Women’s product line aims to offer comprehensive women’s health services, including obstetric and neonatal care across multiple locations.
