We are currently looking for you to join our team at our location in Hannover as a Sales Support Employee for Strategic Customers (m/f/d)

What to expect from us:

  • Detailed analysis of the profitability of our strategic customers, as well as deriving and monitoring measures to improve profitability
  • You are responsible for tender processing and management
  • You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring customer data, prices, and contract data in the SAP system
  • You are responsible for customer bonus issues
  • Implementation of e-business solutions for strategic customers
  • You monitor account plans and handle certificate issues
