Description

As a municipal service company, we supply Garmisch-Partenkirchen with energy and drinking water. In addition to wastewater and waste disposal, we also serve various tourist business areas.

For our technical department / technical project management, we are looking for a

Construction or Business Engineer / Technical Business Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Assuming client responsibilities for special municipal projects, such as swimming pool renovations
Independent project management and control, as well as cost monitoring of measures throughout the entire process
Ensuring the quality of work results of planning participants and in execution through regular site inspections
Leading the project team - internally and externally
Supporting the application and disbursement of funding as well as communication with authorities and funding providers
Cross-departmental support for technical departments in construction-related matters

Your qualifications:

Completed degree in civil engineering, business engineering, technical business administration or comparable qualification
Ideally several years of professional experience in a similar position
Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to take on responsibility
High level of initiative, assertiveness and conflict resolution skills, as well as good communication and teamwork skills
