Your responsibilities

Review and assessment of tender documents and clarification of technical details
Independent preparation of offers and cost estimates for our construction projects in the field of building construction
Examination of tender documents
Quantity determination based on tender plans
Preparation of schedules and performance specifications for lump sum offers
Development of optimized construction schedules for the execution of building projects
Preparation of special proposals and alternative offers

Your profile

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable education
Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
Knowledge of a cost estimation software is a plus (ideally NEVARIS)
Good knowledge of the VOB (German construction contract procedures)
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Independent and structured way of working
Reliability, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills
