We are currently seeking a Team Leader Service (m/f/d) for the Bavaria region, based in Boggstown, IN.


Responsibilities:

  • Documenting completed work
  • Ensuring quality standards are met
  • Responsible for smooth order processing, customer consultation, and creating offers
  • Working closely with colleagues in the service department at our headquarters in Mannheim to coordinate scheduling, offer creation, and material ordering
  • Active involvement in the field, supporting colleagues and fostering strong customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Providing technical support and assistance to our service technicians
  • Training and mentoring apprentices at the location
  • Creating maintenance offers and entering maintenance orders into the system

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a refrigeration systems master or a technical degree
  • Extensive knowledge in maintenance, repair, and control and regulation technology
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Flexibility, initiative, teamwork, reliability, and ability to learn complete your profile
