Melitta is a family-owned company with over 100 years of tradition.As a group, we operate internationally and offer well-known branded products for coffee and tea enjoyment, coffee preparation, and household use.
The Melitta Business Service Center supports the business areas of the Melitta Group in various administrative tasks to implement group-wide standards and ensure efficient processes.
We are currently looking for full-time and fixed-term support for 24 months.
- You will be responsible for the correct payroll processing in SAP HCM.
- You will enter, maintain, and manage personnel master and movement data and take care of the digital personnel file.
- You will be in charge of preparing and implementing new hires, transfers, and exits, working closely with HR colleagues from the business.
- You will answer questions from employees and managers regarding payrollrelated topics.
- You will also be responsible for conducting annual activities and handling special topics (e.g. pension plans, maternity leave, company cars, etc.).
- You will create predefined reports and handle all administrative tasks (e.g. employment contracts, references, or certificates).
- You will be responsible for correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies, and social security institutions.
- In your daily work, you will apply legal and collective bargaining regulations as well as company agreements.
