Resumen del puesto:
Este puesto es responsable de los entregables de FP&A para un grupo comercial. Las reas de resultados clave incluyen a tiempo y con una visin adecuada los informes actuales y de perspectivas para el negocio a travs de la colaboracin y la mejora continua, mientras se desarrolla el conjunto de habilidades del equipo de finanzas comerciales, y especficamente en procesos, sistemas y polticas.

Responsabilidades:

Apoyar la planificacin empresarial del grupo proporcionando anlisis e informes financieros fundamentales.
Proporcionar comprensin sobre el desempeo, las perspectivas y el perfil de riesgo del grupo comercial, a travs de la colaboracin con TG GEO Clusters.
Desarrollar el Plan de Negocios Anual del Grupo Comercial para los gastos de venta, generales y administrativos a travs de asociaciones de clsteres y mercados, en colaboracin con el TG COE
Impulsar la mejora continua en los procesos y sistemas financieros implementados dentro de Trade Group & Market, en colaboracin con el TG GEO.
Identificar e implementar las mejores prcticas en el conjunto de anlisis financiero estndar de Trade Group proporcionado al equipo comercial a travs de TG COES
Mantener herramientas financieras y sistemas de informes para apoyar los esfuerzos de planificacin y previsin comercial a travs de la documentacin, la formacin y la red de PYME adecuadas.
Coordinar y ser una Pyme en el despliegue de nuevos procesos y sistemas.
Apoyar el comportamiento gil del equipo, demostrando habilidades adaptables y mentalidad flexible.

Qu estamos buscando:

Experiencia empresarial mnima de 3 a 7 aos (Sers un Contribuidor Individual)
Licenciatura en contabilidad/finanzas o experiencia equivalente
Mentalidad de mejora continua con capacidad demostrada para identificar e implementar mejoras en los procesos para eliminar el trabajo que no agrega valor.
Estilo de comunicacin abierto, directo y respetuoso con excelentes habilidades de comunicacin oral y escrita.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presin en un entorno cambiante y acelerado, entregando resultados de calidad y cumpliendo plazos ajustados.
Altamente competente en Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excelentes habilidades escritas y orales.
Horario de trabajo flexible para colaborar con tams en diferentes zonas horarias.
Ingls Avanzado
Experiencia preferida en (Hyperion y Power BI)
Conocimiento de SAP
Experiencia con Developing Markets
Experiencia trabajando en centros de excelencia de finanzas.
