Calling all aspiring Hollywood stars in the making Our client in the service industry is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in the HR department
Your daily tasks will include:
- Managing and organizing employee data and personnel files
- Creating statistics
- Preparing employment contracts, certificates, and other legal documents
- Drafting interim and final employment references
- Assisting with payroll preparation
- Supporting colleagues at the location with personnel matters
- Providing advice to managers and executives on labor law issues
- Collaborating closely with the Site Director and Works Council
- Working closely with HR managers
What you bring to the table:
- A commercial education with at least 2 years of experience in HR
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
- A good understanding of HR processes and labor law procedures
- Analytical skills, resilience, and a solutionoriented approach
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
- Flexibility in terms of time and personal availability
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
