Calling all aspiring Hollywood stars in the making Our client in the service industry is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in the HR department

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing and organizing employee data and personnel files
  • Creating statistics
  • Preparing employment contracts, certificates, and other legal documents
  • Drafting interim and final employment references
  • Assisting with payroll preparation
  • Supporting colleagues at the location with personnel matters
  • Providing advice to managers and executives on labor law issues
  • Collaborating closely with the Site Director and Works Council
  • Working closely with HR managers

What you bring to the table:

  • A commercial education with at least 2 years of experience in HR
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
  • A good understanding of HR processes and labor law procedures
  • Analytical skills, resilience, and a solutionoriented approach
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Flexibility in terms of time and personal availability
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
