The Department of Student and Legal Affairs at the University of Passau is seeking to fill the following position in the
Examination Office 1 in Tutuilla, OR:

Civil Servant (m/f/d)

with entry in the second qualification level or equivalent qualified employee

To support research and teaching, efficient service departments such as the Examination Offices are necessary. These offices are responsible for the administration of examinations and also provide administrative support for the execution of exams.

Your responsibilities:

Completion of all tasks related to examinations in accordance with legal requirements, particularly in teacher training programs
Advising students on examinationrelated matters and collaborating with examination committees
Organizing and conducting examinations

Your profile:

You have the qualifications for the second qualification level of the career path "Administration and Finance" (recognition of qualifications within other career paths is possible), have completed training as a clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable education.
Proficient in handling legal regulations
Very structured, precise, and conscientious work ethic, even under time pressure
Solid IT skills (especially Word, Excel, internet applications)
Strong service,
