Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Standard Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with overtime as needed.

Job Summary:

Our Customer Service department works with clinical professionals around the world to create custom wheelchairs for their clients. This position will be the front line of support for our customers, answering phone calls and emails, responding to questions and walking the customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes. We are looking for experienced and detail orientated customer service professionals to join our team.

Essential Job Functions:

To perform the job successfully, the individual must accomplish the following:

Interact with clinical professionals via incoming calls to provide and process information in response to inquiries, requests, and orders for a wide range of highly configurable products.
Resolve concerns and complaints by listening to the customer, determining the cause, and finding a solution using reference documentation and consulting with other Ki team members.
Answer questions on chair adjustments and specifications, delivery estimates and tracking details.
Consult with the Customer Service Technician to provide technical information to customers.
Continually learn about our products and retain that knowledge to quickly and accurately assist our customers.
Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and compatibility to corresponding Ki Mobility order.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Supply information to and answer questions from the Data Entry Specialists.

Comfortable navigating multiple windows while speaking with customers.
Passion for detail and continuous learning.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and managing time efficiently.
Exercise patience to get questions answered correctly and timely.

Education/Experience

High School diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
Proficiency with computer applications and equipment
Bilingual a plus

Working Environment:

Standard working conditions include an office environment and manufacturing environment
Full time (40 hours) schedule hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Position may require extended hours or overtime on occasion
Position requires frequent sitting, wrist manipulation, walking, and standing.
Requires lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
