    Patient Service Representative/Sales Associate

    Description The main purpose of the PSR job is to facilitate delivery, return, fitting, reprocessing and provide use care instruction for the proper DME rehabilitation equipment ordered. PSRs also serve to complete, collect, and submit documentation and payment after conveying to patients the benefits details; always following proper procedures and policies in an overall effort to support timely filing and collections and all while providing exceptional care to create Raving Fans that are referenceable to the referral source.

    Could be a Sales Associate position that includes the PSR responsibilities and adds an element of business relations and development with proven sales experience.

    **Material Responsibilities/ Essential Duties/Functions/Tasks**

    Deliver, fit and train patients use of all JIMM rehabilitation products according to the physicians orders.

    Inform patients of their cost responsibility, execute patient contracts, collect payments, establish payment plans, complete all required documentation to facilitate timely billing.

    Document chain of custody of all inventory items in accordance with inventory procedures, resulting in accurate manifests.

    Complete other required documentation including fitter and mileage logs as well as time tracking within the HRIS system.

    Pick up and reprocessing equipment, as needed, to maintain sufficient inventory.

    Serve on the weekly on-call rotation schedule for weekday after hours and weekend coverage.

    Maintain valid driver license and required liability auto insurance to drive from office and/or warehouse to patient locations and back, using your own safe and reliable properly insured vehicle.

    Customer service to clinicians and patients in a manner that creates Raving Fans that are referenceable to our referral sources.

    Other patient services, and support duties as assigned.

    Full-time, complete benefit package opportunity preferred. Would consider part-time.

    Requirements High School diploma or equivalent patient care and some customer service experience and/or education in sports medicine, kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training and physical therapy preferred, but not required.

    Some prior office and Customer Service experience, preferably in the medical field.

    Computer proficiency.

    Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows operating and file systems.

    Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.

    Ability to operate office equipment including tablet, smart phone, calculator, copier, scanner, and printer.

    Ability to independently life up to 50 lbs.

    Maintain own responsible and safe transportation and valid driver license along with the required liability automobile insurance.

    A great deal of driving an automobile and some office environment, crouching, sitting and standing for extended periods of time and often performing tasks on a computer, smart phone and tablet. or
