Help us achieve our goals and join our team as a:

Customer Service Representative for Breakdown Service (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time - career changers are also welcome This is a full-time or part-time position with a weekly working time of 40 hours.

Work schedule from Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:00.

Your tasks:

You answer customer calls and initiate the breakdown settlement and customer support.
You coordinate with workshop partners or towing services onsite in a selfresponsible and decisionmaking manner.

Your profile:

Education: Completed vocational training required.

Personality: Strong communication skills and high customer orientation.

Experience and know-how: Knowledge of dispatching is an advantage; good PC and MS Office skills, knowledge of at least one foreign language is beneficial.

Language: German in spoken and written form.
