- Completes monthly re-forecasts.
- Prepares monthly volume reports.
- Performs Cost/Benefit Analysis.
- Updates capital expenditure schedule.
- Prepares valuation analysis.
- Completes financial analysis for business development and new markets.
- Completes projects delegated by senior management.
- Possesses a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Represents OIA in a positive manner when communicating with both internal and external customers.
- Supports a work environment which promotes cross-training of work responsibilities for all work groups.
- Uses discretion and independent judgment when handling confidential information.

- Demonstrates consistent use of AIDET (Acknowledge patient, Introduce yourself, provide Duration/timeline for test, Explain the process & Thank them for choosing us) and HEAL (Hear them out, Empathize, Apologize, & Leap into action to solve) when interacting with patients/customer.
- Attends/participates in staff meetings, in-services, & center-wide meetings as scheduled.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of financial reporting experience ERP BI/Reporting - preferred Oracle Cloud
- 3+ years with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and EPM products
- 1+ year of experience with file-based data imports
- Healthcare experience desired.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Master's degree desired.
- Working knowledge of regulatory bodies relating to payroll, taxes, and general business financial conditions.
- Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office Software, including Word, and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the VP, Controller, the Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for the development and ongoing management of functional reporting to support the full Oracle ERP/EPM suite. This position has day-to-day oversight of reporting libraries and troubleshooting as needed. Develops new reports and modifications.
