    Join an energetic, patient-focused team Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LL is currently seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst for a Full-Time position at our corporate office located in Franklin, TN.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Under the direction of the VP, Controller, the Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for the development and ongoing management of functional reporting to support the full Oracle ERP/EPM suite. This position has day-to-day oversight of reporting libraries and troubleshooting as needed. Develops new reports and modifications.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Completes monthly re-forecasts.
    • Prepares monthly volume reports.
    • Performs Cost/Benefit Analysis.
    • Updates capital expenditure schedule.
    • Prepares valuation analysis.
    • Completes financial analysis for business development and new markets.
    • Completes projects delegated by senior management.
    • Possesses a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Represents OIA in a positive manner when communicating with both internal and external customers.
    • Supports a work environment which promotes cross-training of work responsibilities for all work groups.
    • Uses discretion and independent judgment when handling confidential information.
    • Contributes to team by accomplishing department results and goals.
    • Mentors and trains other team members as needed.
    • Participates as a team member and is accountable for own work responsibilities.
    • Demonstrates consistent use of AIDET (Acknowledge patient, Introduce yourself, provide Duration/timeline for test, Explain the process & Thank them for choosing us) and HEAL (Hear them out, Empathize, Apologize, & Leap into action to solve) when interacting with patients/customer.
    • Attends/participates in staff meetings, in-services, & center-wide meetings as scheduled.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned.
    Requirements

    EXPERIENCE:
    • 3+ years of financial reporting experience ERP BI/Reporting - preferred Oracle Cloud
    • 3+ years with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and EPM products
    • 1+ year of experience with file-based data imports
    • Healthcare experience desired.
    EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Master's degree desired.
    SKILLS/ABILITIES:
    • Working knowledge of regulatory bodies relating to payroll, taxes, and general business financial conditions.
    • Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in MS Office Software, including Word, and Excel.
    • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of computer applications, including keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
