Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst - Absence & Payroll | Summit Healthcare Mgmt | Franklin, TennesseeAbout the Job:
The Senior HRIS Analyst, who in partnership with stakeholders, will strategically design and deliver HR digital processes and solutions that drive and sustain operational excellence.
Leads change initiatives and as one of our primary support contacts for Workday, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational improvements that optimize service levels and informed sound business decisions across Summit.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute and develop implementation strategy for new requests including configuration, testing, documentation, change management and training of stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday based upon functional areas or projects assigned providing continuous input on process improvement and elevated support.
Collaborate and partner across multiple departments and teams to understand business needs and to assess Workday configuration feasibility and impact to other business processes, reports, integrations, or security.
Maintain confidentiality and security of data.
Education/Experience/Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required.
At least five years of expert knowledge of Workday hands-on configuration and system administration experience required.
Strong working knowledge implementing and managing Workday Absence and Payroll, along with familiarity of Workday HCM Core and Business Processes.
Intermediate / Advanced experience using MS Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills, with the ability to present to a wide variety of audiences.
Broad experience with the software development lifecycle, including identifying business requirements, crafting creative technical solutions, integrating, and implementing solutions, and providing system maintenance and support.
Experience with Workday benefits, absence and payroll is a plus.
