    We have an amazing opportunity for a Functional Family Therapist (FFT) Clinician I based out of our Rochester Mustard St location in our Children's Health and Behavioral Health program.


    As a Hillside Clinician I, you will be responsible for the assessment and delivery of quality mental health care to the youth and families that we serve.

    You will work on a team, assessing a young person and their family's needs, while developing, evaluating and modifying the individual service plan in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team in partnership with the young person and their family.


    The Clinician I will be trained in the Functional Family Therapy model and will hold an FFT caseload with the support of an expert FFT Supervisor.

    The population served will primarily be youth/adolescents and their family, ages years old who may be at risk of out-of-home placement.


    Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate ability to engage and treat children/youth and families
    • Provide Functional Family Therapy in a home-based/community family setting
    • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with others including schools, hospitals, other providers of services and law enforcement personnel
    • Ensure that quality outcomes and youth and family satisfaction are achieved and that the program meets all funder expectations.
    • Responsible for meeting any reporting requirements as requested by the funder
    • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
    • Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends, based upon family availability
    • Work remotely, office-based and community-based

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or clinically related field
    • Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA), working within scope of practice (LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCAT)
    • 1 years of relevant clinical experience
    • Experience with motivational interviewing, Functional Family Therapy is a plus but not required.
    • Must have a valid NY State Driver's License
    • Must meet agency driving and insurance standards
    • Must have a reliable vehicle

    $ 51,480.00 Minimum Rate per year, $ 69,888.00 Maximum Rate per year, based on experience.
