We are currently seeking educators for our residential children and youth care facility in Springs, NY for the pedagogical care of adolescents:

  • within a structured daily routine
- following a phase model and reward system
- accompanying to doctor and government appointments
- organizing leisure and sports activities
- documentation
- assisting with development reports


You will only work 8-hour shifts.
- no 24-hour shifts
- no on-call shifts
- no night shifts
- professional development and peer consultation within the team
- supervision

Chance Jugendhilfe und Therapie gGmbH operates three facilities for adolescents aged 14 to 21 years.

They are supported through a closely interconnected range of services including therapy, social pedagogy, and schooling, from integration to independent living with the best possible school leaving qualifications.

Our team consists of educators, social pedagogues, psychologists, teachers, occupational therapists, and support and technical staff.


You have:
- a degree as a state-certified educator or social assistant
- a confident demeanor and enjoy working with young people
- a driver's license

Remuneration in accordance with TVöD by agreement
- vacation and Christmas bonus
- project-related performance recognition

  • 30 days of vacation
