    Description

    Restaurant Supervisor Position at White Elephant Resorts

    You will have the exciting role of being the main point of contact for your clients, providing tailored and exceptional service. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the establishment, collaborating closely with our Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish appropriate levels for supplies and equipment
    • Discuss daily specials and inventory with the Chef
    • Review previous day's sales and address any discrepancies
    • Ensure staff adherence to work schedules
    • Coordinate staff breaks and assignments
    • Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate essential information
    • Manage reservations, assign tables, and address special requests
    • Prepare for busy periods and manage wait times efficiently
    • Close system reports and ensure timely completion of tasks for staff
    • Promote a positive work environment and enhance productivity
    • Provide constant support to staff during service hours
    • Complete necessary paperwork and closing duties
    • Update incoming supervisor on pending tasks

    Applicants must thrive under pressure, possess strong communication skills, be well-organized, flexible, self-driven, and maintain a good sense of humor.

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of managerial experience in the fine dining sector
    • Prior experience in a Fine Dining restaurant
