    Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

    2+ years work experience as a restaurant General Manager
    Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence
    Experience managing restaurants with an annual sales volume of $1.5 million or more.
    Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    Possesses a high-energy and friendly demeanor, conducive to fostering positive work environments.
    Demonstrated capability to build cohesive teams and maintain a relentless pursuit of excellence.
    Successfully passes drug and background screenings.
    Proven track record of driving operational excellence in restaurant management.

    Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

    Develop and nurture talent within the organization
    Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    Adaptable to new systems and processes
    Be detail-oriented and a team player
    Have great oral & written communication skills

    Restaurant General Manager Benefits

    Competitive base salary ($70,000-$75,000)
    Medical insurance
    Paid time off

    Bonus programs:
    $10,000-$20,000
