Your Position:

Expert CLM Data Management (Human*)


Your Responsibilities:


  • Independent evaluation of change or deletion cases including necessary measures
  • Constructive clarification of open questions and coordination with customer advisors or business partners
  • Auditproof data maintenance in all relevant systems including necessary document storage
  • Determination of the group of related customers according to CRR as well as the borrower unit
  • Deposit/maintenance of necessary system references (Murex and FrontArena)
  • Sending out the MiFID starter package and documentation in relevant systems
  • Consideration of future legal and regulatory requirements
  • Taking on the role of quality assurance within the group

Your Profile:


  • Knowledge of customer business with corporate clients and/or institutional clients and/or banks
  • Knowledge of relevant legal foundations (e.g. AML, German Commercial Code, Banking Act, CRR, Tax Code, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, Foreign Tax Compliance Act, Investment Services Act)
  • Knowledge of relevant processes in the bank
  • Good English skills
  • Strong team player
  • Strong quality awareness
