We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our partner company at the Kleve location in Brookland, AR.

Our partner is a manufacturer of pet accessories and has been dedicated to creating and distributing products that cater to the needs of both animals and their owners.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for providing customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • You will also handle order processing for both B2C and B2B customers
  • Working with the ERP system will also be part of your duties
  • Additionally, you will assist with preparing accounting tasks
  • Your main focus will be on general office tasks and customer service

Your profile:


  • You have strong organizational skills and a business mindset
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to changing tasks and work situations
  • You have a customeroriented and serviceminded approach
  • You have excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in German (C2) and English (B2) is required
