What you will do with us:

Leading a team and shaping, developing, and managing work content and processes in the area of responsibility in accordance with procurement, contract, and pricing laws, as well as HIL GmbH's organizational instructions
Optimizing procurement processes
Developing procurement strategy and creating continuous category and supplier management within the assigned category, ensuring optimal supplier integration
Conducting metricbased planning and management of procurement goals according to departmental guidelines
Creating procurement analyses and expanding procurement controlling in general procurement
Implementing market analyses and forecasts in collaboration with the team
Expanding the catalog management system

What you bring with you:

Completed vocational training and certified specialist training or a university degree (business administration, industrial engineering, public administration)
At least 3 years of leadership experience
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP MM
