Description
The Financial Analyst role is a member of the Fidelity Wealth (FW), Wealth Solutions Finance **team and will report directly to the Finance VP and will be a lead analyst supporting business needs. The primary objective of the role will be to work within a team as we support several key product areas in Wealth Solutions
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional finance experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in Anaplan, TBM, NGAV/Power BI, workforce connect
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including demonstrated proficiency in presenting key concepts with Finance and business partners
- Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Flexible and adaptable teammate
- Proven track record to work across organizations and develop positive working relationships with peers, business partners, and finance leaders
The Value You Deliver
- Lead MYP/Budget analyst for Wealth Solutions including deep analytical focus on revenue and expenses in Anaplan working closely with business partners and central finance
- FP&A reporting and analysis including understanding all things NGAV, scorecard reporting, vendor management, headcount
- Finance support of multiple product areas, including Wealth Planning, Financial Planning & Advice, Planning & Advice Platform, WAS, FPTC, and Fidelity Go
- Agile Portfolio analysis using TBM for quarterly forecasts and TBM fallout, working closely with Wealth Solutions Strategy VPs
- Communicating results at business partner QBR's, All associates, and weekly team meetings
- Finance participation in all Finance Modernization efforts
As a member of the Fidelity Wealth Finance team, you will be responsible for providing senior management with insightful, productive financial analysis and reporting to help guide effective decision-making.
