To optimize internal and external research-related evaluations and reports, Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg is establishing a research information system (FIS) and has a position available in project management (m/f/d) for the software introduction HISinOne-RES at the Research Advancement Centre (RAC) starting October 1, 2024.


The RAC advises and supports researchers at the university in their application projects within national, European, and international funding programs.

As a department of the university's presidency, the RAC also provides support for strategic questions regarding research and junior research funding, administers internal research funding programs, and coordinates data preparation for participation in international university rankings.

The working hours for this position are 40.1 hours per week in full-time, with compensation according to TV-L. The position is initially limited to the duration of the project.

Your responsibilities include coordinating the introduction project HISinOne-RES, involving all relevant stakeholders, especially the steering committee. This includes conceptualizing, planning, controlling, implementing, and optimizing project processes.

You will also accompany the introduction, further development, and optimization of processes and workflows for data collection and quality assurance.

You will be in constant communication with all involved organizational units and develop a communication strategy for the project introduction.

Your tasks also include designing and conducting target group-specific training and handouts. You will support the steering committee and create reports and decision templates during the project
