    Description
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

    As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.

    You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to align marketing initiatives with the company's goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
    Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance.
    Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, digital marketing, and other channels.
    Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
    Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, and presentations.
    Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
    Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
    Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, recruitment, and client acquisition efforts.
    Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
    Experience in the executive search or recruitment industry is a plus.
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
