    Physical Security Engineer - Safeguarding Tomorrow's Technology

    Responsibilities:

    Design and implement physical access control systems

    Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities

    Develop emergency response plans

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives

    Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate will have experience or qualifications in the following areas-

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems / Cybersecurity.
    • 5+ years' experience as a Physical Security Engineer within IT infrastructure environments.
    • Experience working with CCTV cameras or other surveillance systems.
    • Knowledge of relevant industry standards such as NIST/FISMA/SOC2/HIPAA/PCI-DSS/GDPR etc.

    Skills Required:

    In addition to these minimum requirements stated above, we are looking for candidates who possess some if not all skills listed below -

    • Familiarity with hardware devices like servers/routers/firewalls/load balancers/proxies/waf's/endpoints/sensors
    • Ability to analyze log files using tools like Wireshark/TCPdump/Nmap/Antivirus logs/LCDs/syslogs/logs from network/security appliances/etc.,
    • Scripting knowledge (Python/Bash/Ruby/Powershell) would be added advantage

    Salary & Benefits:

    Our client offers competitive remuneration ($130000 p.a.) along with excellent benefits package including health insurance coverage ,401(k), paid vacation days per annum among others .
