- At least 3 years of experience drafting policies and procedures (SOPs).
- At least 2-3 years of experience supporting SOC Audits OR PCI Audits.
- Support yearly audits, including but not limited to PCI and SOC2.
- Monitor compliance via monthly/quarterly attestations.
- Perform periodic reviews of existing policies and processes.
- Draft policies and procedures when required ensuring compliance and efficiency across the different departments.
- Act as the first line of support for compliance inquiries.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Support legal and regulatory research and assist with special projects, as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance and/or legal affairs. Equivalent work experience in a related field will also be considered.
- 2-3 years of experience working in PCI and SOC2 compliance standards.
- Detail oriented, strong project management skills, and highly organized.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of the credit report industry.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly organized and structured.
- Capable of managing priorities and workflow on time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.

Position Overview:
We are expanding our compliance team Our ideal Compliance Analyst is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in Compliance. This role will help our company to maintain compliance by managing our external audits (i.e. SOC 2 Type 2, PCI, etc.) as well as auditing and evaluating different departments processes and procedures. You will also be required to work with a variety of team members from Project Managers, IT, Human Resources, and Accounting and Finance.
