Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100k – $120k

Position Overview:

As the Facilities Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of building maintenance and grounds activities. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of facilities, thereby contributing significantly to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager:

Strategic Oversight: Lead and carry out construction and capital projects to ensure timely completion within budget limits.
Maintenance Operations: Supervise all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs and corrective measures, to uphold optimal facility conditions.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and operational improvements, implementing strategies to enhance facility performance and sustainability.

Qualifications for the Facilities Manager:

Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities and construction management, demonstrating a proven track record of success in comparable positions.
Licensing: Hold an unrestricted MA Construction Supervisor's License, with a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage construction projects.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in RealPage software is a key requirement for success in this role.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors.
Problem-Solving: Showcase strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing viable solutions.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
