    Job Description

    Our client, a highly respected food manufacturing company, is growing and needs an HR Manager to lead their Bryan Texas location that has between 110 and 200 employees. Full relocation will be provided.

    This position provides support, leadership, and manages all Human Resources functions for a manufacturing facility. Responsible for the development and implementation of Human Resources programs, including: employee relations, talent acquisition, training, communications, compensation and regulatory compliance. In this role, the Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Regional Director but will function as the business partner daily to the Operations Director.

    Base salary is expected to be in the $100K to $120K range plus bonus, exceptional benefits, and continued career advancement opportunities.

    Prior experience working in HR in a manufacturing environment is required, as well as a degree. All other desired qualities are flexible.
