    Description

    Summary:

    Our award-winning client is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team. Our client seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at our thriving manufacturing facility. You'll play a strategic role, partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead all HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
    • Foster a positive work environment by handling employee concerns, counseling associates, and developing fair plant policies.
    • Champion talent acquisition by actively recruiting top performers for various positions.
    • Design and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and boost morale.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
    • Partner with the Compensation and Benefits team to offer competitive programs.
    • Collaborate with Safety to promote a safe work environment and maintain OSHA compliance.
    • Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and drive improvement initiatives.
    • Manage and mentor HR staff (if applicable).

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday is a plus.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lead, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
