Senior Conductor for Operations to join us in Farrell, PA

At claimini, we specialize in damage management for vehicle fleets.

We provide comprehensive support for companies in handling vehicle damages and also work as a partner to develop insurance models.

It may sound dry, but damage management can actually be quite exciting


We are seeking a leader with a vision: someone with several years of experience managing teams, who understands the challenges of daily operations and knows how to solve them with empathy and finesse.

You are ambitious, eager to optimize our processes, and dedicated to developing your team members individually.

Your role with us:


As the Head of Operations, you will have overall responsibility for our operational department (damage, repairs, finances, and customer service) with approximately 30 employees.

You will work closely with team leaders to manage day-to-day operations.

In addition to ensuring smooth daily operations, your tasks will include setting goals, quality control, and initiating development projects. You will keep the engine running and know when and where it needs a little oil. You will also develop our dedicated employees and digital processes to meet future challenges.

You do not need to be familiar with our processes.
