'We're searching for a Senior HR Business Partner (M/F/d) in Franklin, IA who will help us shape our team and drive our company to the next level. As a member of our global People Management team, you'll be part of a lean, fast-paced, and data-driven HR Management team. We're growing quickly and working closely with the business to ensure that we attract and retain the talent we need to stay at the forefront of modern mobility.


As a Senior HR Business Partner (M/F/d), you will be responsible for defined teams and act as their central point of contact, coach, and business partner.

You see yourself as a project manager and a valuable service provider with extensive expertise in HR topics.

Your Responsibilities - Making the world greener

  • Collaborate with our leaders and employees to implement all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc.)
  • Advise leaders and managers and provide guidance when needed
  • Offer guidance and input on team (development) planning, compensation, benchmarking, etc.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of legal requirements related to daytoday employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance with regulations (partnering with the legal department as necessary)
  • Stay knowledgeable about our business
Your Profile - Ready to join us

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, highgrowth organization
  • Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics
