    We are currently seeking an Asset Manager to join our growing team.

    Assist with driving asset performance, generate, and execute strategic asset plans; strategically manage property cash flow, and major repair and maintenance capital improvements.

    Develop a thorough understanding of each property and its challenges, assess implementation of strategic initiatives, assess operational and management performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Coordinate and manage strategic capital improvement plans carried out by general contractors and third-party vendors.
    Analyze and ensure the integrity of monthly and quarterly property-level financial statements vs. Creation and implementation of annual operating and capital budgets.
    Maintain terms of partnership agreements, loan documents, regulatory agreements and various property agreements.
    Support our Construction Services and Acquisitions teams with ad-hoc coordination and communication as needed.
    Conduct frequent physical inspections of each asset and its competitive market in the portfolio.
    Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields
    3-8 years of experience with real estate asset management and finance
    Operational experience with financial reporting and managing equity investments, in essential housing
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and present solutions
